Cereal bar with chocolate and red berries
Oat Blueberry, Blackcurrant and muesli
- 1 tub of Oat Blueberry, blackcurrant muesli
- 10 g agave syrup
- 50 g cranberries
- 70 g puffed rice
- 200 g dark chocolate
In a salad bowl, mix the So Avoine myrtille, cassis & muesli, the agave syrup and cranberries, add the puffed rice. Pour the mixture in a silicone financier mould and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and unmold the bars on it. Coat them in chocolate using two forks then remove any excess. Gently place the bars on the tray and set aside in the freezer.
