Goat cheese and herb dip

- 20 cl Sojade Cuisine
- 1 small goat cheese, e.g., La Bergerie brand
- 1 tablespoon of curry powder
- 1 level tablespoon of chopped chives
- freshly ground salt & pepper
Put 20cl Sojade Cuisine into a bowl, add goat cheese and mix with a fork. Now add the curry, chives, salt & pepper and mix again to obtain a uniform sauce.
You can make a variant by replacing the curry with “Ras el hanout” for a different but just as distinctive flavour. For accompanying cucumber sticks, celery stalks, carrots, etc.
