Ingredients

  • 200 g  Seitan à la plancha Sojade
  • 200 g Button mushrooms
  • 1 carrot
  • 50 ml dry white wine
  • 250 ml water
  • 100 ml Soja cream alternative
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garam massala spice mix (or some nutmeg)
  • 1.5 tbsp cashew puree (or almond)
  • Salt and pepper

Method

Wash and dice the mushrooms. Coarsely chop the onion and Seitan à la plancha Sojade. Peel carrot then cut it in slices.
Brown the lot in oil in a frying pan on high heat. Stir regularly.
When the onions become translucent, add the spices, white wine, soy sauce, water and soja cuisine Sojade. Stir well and cook for approximately 20 minutes on medium heat (slow boil).
Taste to rectify salt, eventually add pepper. Finish by thinning the cashew puree in the blanquette to thicken it.
