High vitamin kiwi/cereal smoothie with rice drink

Ingredients

  • 4 kiwis
  • 1 banana
  • 30 g cereals and dried fruit
  • 50 cl Sojade rice drink
  • a few drops of lemon juice

Method

  1. Peel the banana and kiwis and cut into round slices.
  2. Use a blender to blend the kiwis, banana, cereals and lemon juice.
  3. Put in the rice drink and blend again until the mixture is completely fluid.
  4. Serve immediately!
