Indian style plant based sauce
Natural Soya yogurt alternative 400g
Number of people : 4 people
- 1 tub of Sojade nature (400 g)
- 1 tbsp freshly ground ginger
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander
In a frying pan heat the ginger and garlic along with the curry in the oil on high heat. Stir well.
Remove from heat before the garlic turns brown and pour in the Sojade nature. Mix well, add salt to taste.
Grind the coriander coarsely and mix it with the sauce, keeping some leaves for the decoration. Serve with crunchy vegetable sticks.
