ButtHibiscus flower rice pudding
Natural Hemp drink

- Hemp milk: 1 litre
- Short grain rice: 160g
- Caster sugar: 80g
- Hibiscus flowers: 10g
- Warm the hemp milk in a saucepan. Remove from heat, add the hibiscus flowers and leave to infuse for ½ hour.
- Remove the flowers. Reheat the hemp milk on a medium heat, add the rice and half the sugar. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes. The rice should have absorbed almost all the hemp milk.
- Shortly before the end of cooking time, add the remaining sugar and stir well.
