Soft waffles with rice drink

Ingredients

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of yeast
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 cl Sojade rice drink
  • 3 eggs
  • 90 g margarine

Method

  1. Mix the flour, yeast and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Add the rice drink gradually until a fluid batter is formed.
  3. Separate the egg yolks and whites
  4. Melt the margarine and add the first mixture to it together with the egg yolks.
  5. Beat the whites until stiff and delicately mix with the rest.
  6. Cook the batter in a waffle maker and serve hot!
