Ingredients
- 20 cl Sojade Cuisine
- 4 level teaspoons of coriander seed
- 4 level teaspoons of ground cumin
- 2 level teaspoons of ground cinnamon
- 2 aniseed stars
- 1 shoot of lemon grass
- 1 level tablespoon of fresh chopped coriander
- freshly ground salt & pepper
Method
Put all the ingredients in your kitchen mixer and mix for 3 min.
Adjust salt & pepper seasoning to taste if required.
Pour the marinade generously onto the previously prepared kebabs in a dish and cover tightly. It’s best to marinate your kebabs for around one hour before either barbecueing (5–6 min each side) or baking (8–10 min at 180°C).
