Aperitif vegetable dip
Soya cream alternative

- 20 cl of Sojade Cuisine
- 1 small soft goat’s cheese from the Chèvrerie brand for instance
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 level tbsp finely chopped chives
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
To accompany the cucumber, celery and carrot sticks etc. for the aperitif
Pour 20 cl of Sojade Cuisine into a bowl, add the goat cheese and mix with a fork.
Then add the curry, chives, salt and pepper and mix again to obtain a homogenous sauce.
As an alternative, you can replace the curry with “Ras el hanout” which is just as fragrant.
